The Snow Performance BoostCooler is a Water/Methanol injection system with everything needed to increase horsepower and lower EGT's.

Stage 1 for system for towing, power, and cooler EGT’s in under 350HP/25psig boost applications. Includes a 150psi pump, variable controller, a check valve, and other diesel specific upgrades for trouble free diesel power and min 200°F exhaust gas temp reductions.

Stage 2 for applications over 350 HP/25 psig boost. Features include a high volume, high pressure pump and new Heavy Duty Digital Variable Controller ( 25-100psi ) for max power and cooler EGT’s. Great for smooth power at all boost/RPM levels. Expect 70RWHP and 250°F exhaust gas temp reductions.

Stage 2 kit with Hobbs pressure switch for over 450 HP/30psig boost applications where power, cooler EGT’s are desired. Features include a high volume, high pressure pump, and Hobbs Switch (on/off) activations.

Stage 2 kit with 220psi upgrade same features as the 150psi Stage 2 kit but includes the 220psi pump upgrade at a savings over buying the 220psi upgrade stand-alone. This kit is intended for high boost applications ( 55 psi or more boost ) such as people with 700HP or people running over 55psi in twin turbo applications.

Stage 3 kit features a new Digital Variable Controller with a 2d map programmed into it’s microprocessor that takes both boost and exhaust gas temps into account in regulating injection. The net effect is smooth power in all engine load states with no combustion quench resulting in a true turn-on-and-forget system. The controller is dash mounted and includes read-outs for boost, exhaust gas temp, and pump output for full visibility. This feature precludes the need for boost and EGT gauges. Complete kit ready to bolt-in!

8 Gallon Reservoir
Includes 8-gal reservoir, mounting bracket, and fittings necessary to plug right in. Perfect for towing where hills and heavy loads necessitate long injection cycles. Now includes a stainless steel solenoid so it can be mounted higher than the nozzles. Dimensions 18"Lx12"Wx18"H

220 PSI Pump Upgrade
