PDR offers ported cylinder heads for both 12 valve and 24 valve Cummins Turbo Diesel engines. Our ported heads come in 2 stages and we stock several accessories to complement the installation of your head.

Our heads include a performance 3 angle valve grind. For the 12 Valve heads, 60# valve springs are standard on all stage 2 ported heads. 60# valve springs are optional on a stage 1 ported head. New valves, guides and seal are additional charge. Also complete, full rebuilds to factory specifications are available upon request for an additional charge.

PDR offers stud kits for installing your ported head. These studs kits are slightly larger in diameter, as well as studs are inherently stronger by design over the traditional bolts.

Worried about blowing your cylinder head gasket? The stock head gasket generally looses it long term reliability around 45psi of boost. With an O-Ring'd head and a stock head gasket, reliability is improved to about 65psi. Individual results will vary from truck to truck. This represents a good, general rule of thumb for long term reliability.
