Selecting the best turbos and accessories for your application is only one part of managing EGT's and controlling compressor surge. Effectively managing EGT's requires considering other components such as air intake and exhaust systems as well as camshafts and ported heads. In many cases just adding a larger turbo will not eliminate EGT problems. In most cases a larger turbo will lower peak EGT's and/or increase the length of time it takes to reach peak EGT's.
