This special project started out life as a 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 Quad Cab, Short Box 4x4. A complete
24V to 12V conversion was performed, including 12V cylinder head and all the rest. This was not just a P-Pump conversion but a true 12V conversion. The stock 5 speed
manual transmission was remove and the truck converted over to a Allison MT600 automatic.
Engine highlights include a stage 3 12V ported head, stage 3 camshaft, high performance fly cut pistons, complete bottom end balanced, twin turbo system using PDR HX40
/ HT3B combo, PDR racing pump, crazy injectors, all flowing out a 5" exhaust into two 4" outlets one on each side of the truck.
The Allison conversion features the MT600 4speed automatic transmission, designed for medium duty applications. This is a 4 speed automatic with no overdrive, and a
lock-up torque converter. Where to start with this one? Pretty much custom everything on this project!
Truck also features 16x38.5 inch tires, custom wheels, lift kit and dual shocks. There are a ton of goodies including front and rear Mag-Hytec diff covers, and on and
on. Next to go in will be a Profab Transfer Case, with lots more to follow.
