PDR offers the Dieseltuning™ power modules from Diesel Power. Gain up to 40% HP and torque on the 100HP TDi engines, and up to 30% HP and torque on the 90HP TDi engines. The Dieseltuning™ Boost Fooler is a simple plug in
style adjustable box that plugs into the MAP/IAT plug. This box will fool the ECU into not seeing more boost than specified from the factory. Fits 1996-2005 TDI's with the 1.9L diesel engine. See full details.

PDR offers its own PDR injector nozzles. These replace the standard injector tips for gains up to 22HP. 2 Nozzles to choose from, can be sold by themselves or as a complete set up injector. Fits 1997-2003 VW Golf, VW Jetta and VW Beetle's with the 1.9L turbo diesel engine. See full details.

For higher boost levels and lower EGT's, PDR offers the Garrett variable-geometry VNT15 and VNT17 turbochargers. These are factory Volkswagen turbochargers from the European 110HP and 150HP VW TDi diesel engines. Fits 1999-2003 VW Golf, VW Jetta and VW Beetle's with the 1.9L turbo diesel engine. Over time the factory wastegate actuators can rust through and/or stick. VW or Garrett will not sell these actuators by themselves, you must buy the whole turbo with exhaust manifold. PDR solves this problem with our own PDR wastegate actuator for the 1999-2003 VW TDi VNT15 and VNT17 turbo's. See full details.

PDR recommends the use of a diesel fuel conditioner on a regular basis. While the promise of more power and increased mileage is not always the case, the regular use of diesel fuel conditioners does clean and lubricate injectors and fuel pumps.
