Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight and destination of the product. All shipments are sent by ground. Please be patient and give appropriate time for product to arrive. PDR is not responsible for delays due to stock, back orders, weather or any shipping delays. Customer must arrange to sign for all shipments. No exceptions. Please check contents of shipment against billing slip, for quantity and possible damage, due to couriers handling. Do not sign for packages until you have verified quantity and shape of product. If damaged or loss of missing parts due to mis-handling of shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with carrier on the spot. PDR will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods by any courier.
