PDR Diesel can not be responsible for the speed of processing orders and or shipping time. PDR will process orders as quick as possible and in the order that they are received. PDR also can not be responsible for delays due to statutory holidays, back orders, shipping or payment problems. PDR also can not ship to a P.O Box. A physical address must always be supplied and the delivery of goods must be signed for. No exceptions !!!!

Please inspect all goods upon time of delivery from the courier, prior to signing for them, as PDR can not be responsible for any goods that get damaged in shipping. If the product is damaged, do not sign for them, tell the courier that a claim must be filed by him/her and get a copy from the driver. Do not sign for the damage product. Refuse that shipment. If more than one shipment (multiple tracking numbers) sign only for the undamaged goods. Please contact PDR immediately.

PDR will not be held responsible for parts lost or damaged by couriers.

All new returns must be unused and in the original unopened sealed packaging. New returns will be inspected upon arrival and credit consideration will be at PDR's discretion. All new returns are also subject to a min 10% restocking fee. Special ordered in product or non stocking parts are non-refundable.

All returns including core returns, must have an RGA number (returned goods authorization number) issued by PDR and the RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of package. Failure to obtain an RGA number prior to returning any goods with result in no credit being given. All returns including cores, are the responsibility of the customer and must have freight prepaid as well as insurance added.

PDR is not responsible for both the shipping cost of new returns or core returns as well as any shipping delays that may occur.

All returns including core returns must also be received by PDR within 30 days from date of purchase for credit consideration. No exceptions.

PDR is not responsible for core approval on products that we do not manufacture. Core returns must be sent to PDR first and foremost. PDR will then send the cores to the manufacturer in a timely manner for consideration but PDR can not be responsible for delays due to statutory holidays, shipping or processing. If and when the manufacturer credits PDR, the credit will then be passed to the customer.

Since PDR carries a wide variety of products from a large number of suppliers, warranty consideration and approval for products not manufactured by PDR is not done nor covered by PDR or it's employees. The customer must contact the manufacturer directly to obtain the proper steps for warranty consideration.

PDR or our various suppliers do not cover any shipping, labour, or related costs for any possible warranty claims.

Free Shipping option cannot be combined with any other offer, such as sale items.
