Extend the life of your Ford F-250, F-350, and Excursion 6.0L diesel engine with our Water Coolant Filter Bypass System. By removing contaminants like casting sand and metal shavings, your water pump, EGR cooler, and engine oil cooler will last longer. This kit filters small amounts of coolant while your Ford Powerstroke engine runs. The CNC machined billet 6061 aluminum anodized filter head attaches to a supplied bracket, mounting to factory holes in your truck’s chassis. The filter boss has 2 threaded inlet ports and 1 outlet port. The kit includes all necessary fittings for installation.
Replace the first filter at 500 miles, the second and third filters at 3,000 miles each, and then annually. The pre-assembled silicone hose fittings ensure simple, leak-proof connections, factory tested at twice the recommended radiator cap pressure. The mounting bracket installs into factory holes without drilling.
